And So Are You
As a realtor, you are essentially the one whose lead your client will follow. It is you who sets the expectations for the home selling or buying process. It is the realtor who greatly shapes the client’s understanding of the nuances involved in accomplishing a successful close. Your client’s attitude and perspective of the challenges that they may encounter in finding their dream home will be largely influenced by your perspective, attention to detail and attitude. Likewise for the seller for whom you will be attempting to find the ideal buyer.
Hold That Thought
With the sweet spot of the market in full bloom, there can be so many demands on the life of a realtor. As you already well know, this can be a very emotional time for buyer and seller alike. Yet the realtor whose wise will never forget Bonaparte’s insight. There is no greater responsibility than that of a leader. Your guidance throughout your relationship with your client will like have a dramatic impact on the client’s mindset, temperment and consequently the outcome of the purchasing or selling experience.
Your imprint can last forever. You determine whether to be a giver of despair or a “dealer of hope.”
