Conventional wisdom is that most buyers begin their search once Spring officially arrives. In addition to that perception, sellers reason that their property shows at its best during these months.
The Reality
There are at least three realities that fly in the face of that logic. Firstly, most everyone else’s property looks its best during this time period also. Secondly, many buyers have already made a purchasing decision once Spring officially rolls around. Additionally, a great deal of others have already moved on to different pursuits, i.e. spring cleanup, the beach, golf, etc.
